IDAHO ELKS REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE to PROGRAMS and SERVICES
A MESSAGE from the ADMINISTRATOR
Since 1947, the Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital has served the
needs of people with disabilities in our community. Accomplishing
this mission would not be possible without the support, guidance
and contributions of hundreds of physicians and other health professionals
in our community and throughout the region. To help professionals
find rehabilitation information and resources available through
the Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital, we have published this guide.
If you have a rehabilitation need that is not listed in this guide,
please let me know by calling 208-489-4662. Responding to the needs
of our patients and physicians is how we developed the broad spectrum
of services we now offer and how we can continue to best serve our
community in the future.
Sincerely,

Joseph P. Caroselli
Administrator
