The clinic is staffed by gynecological and urological surgeons, highly trained incontinence nurses, and physical therapists trained in biofeedback.   • Perform kegal exercises
  • Stay active and exercise
  • Eat high fiber foods
  • Avoid bladder irritant
  • Caffeine and alcohol are diuretics potentially causing urgency and frequency, which is going to the bathroom often
  • Acidic fruits and foods can irritate the bladder,contributing to incontinence. Some, examples are oranges, grapefruits, lemon, limes, spicy foods, tomato based food, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, and carbonated drinks
